Empire Signs Group was founded in 2011 by Director Dale Coldwell and we are very proud of our expansive growth over the past 13 years. A business built on integrity and service, we aim to make the signage experience as easy as possible for our clients.
Based in the Goulburn Valley, Victoria, we don’t let this stop us from delivering quality signage solutions both locally and nationally. Empire Signs services regional areas including Shepparton, Echuca Moama and Bendigo. We also operate all-across Melbourne from our metro workshop located in Williamstown North.
We’re about people and relationships, building strong connections with clients who in turn become lifelong customers. We’re also strong supporters of local business and community – buying locally where possible and sponsoring local sporting clubs and charities.
Above all, we pride ourselves on our quality, from the materials we use to the outcomes we deliver. We believe in producing signage that is not only effective but will last the distance.

Our leadership team works together to oversee the day-to-day operations of the business and our crew of highly experienced and qualified signwriters, designers, fabricators, installers and support staff.

Dale
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Dale founded Empire Signs in 2011 after completing his signwriting apprenticeship. With a desire to create high-quality business signage for small and large-scale businesses, Dale built the business from the ground up. Dale’s hard work and determination have resulted in the success and growth of the business which has now entered its 13th year of operation.

Amy
GENERAL MANAGER
Joining us in March 2022, Amy brings with her a background in business and graphic design. She oversees the design and management of large-scale projects. She has become an asset to our team with her ability to quickly resolve issues and exceptional customer service skills. The office is never quiet with Amy around.

Josh
SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER
Josh has just begun his journey with the team as the new Senior Project Manager. Coming into the team with a wealth of Signwriting knowledge and a whopping 8 years in the signage industry. His role is a unique one and requires him to be project managing our large-scale jobs, sales, site surveys and quoting.

Jake
PRODUCTION CO-ORDINATOR
Jake joined the Empire team in early 2024 bringing with him an abundance of construction and finance knowledge. Jake has since taken on new responsibilities including the co-ordination of inflow and outflow of jobs and oversees the team within the workshop.

Amanda
PROJECT MANAGER
Amanda began her career at Empire Signs in early 2020 as a Graphic Designer, before stepping into the Production Manager role. Amanda’s organisational skills help her to succeed in overseeing the production team and keep jobs running smoothly, whilst also operating our large-format printer.

Olivia
PROJECT MANAGER
Olivia began her career in freelance graphic design and customer service and has since joined our team as a Graphic Designer in 2023. Seamlessly moving into a PM role in 2024 Olivia now handles clients that are looking for full rebrands and signage to go along with it.

Laura
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Laura joined Empire Signs as a Graphic Designer / Project Manager, back in 2018 when we were just a small team of six. Laura quickly became a key part of the Empire team, transitioning into the Assistant Management role, before recently moving into Business Development to help the business continue to grow.

Keeley
METRO INSTALLATION MANAGER
Keeley completed his signwriting apprenticeship with Empire Signs in 2018 and has since stepped into a leadership role overseeing all Metropolitan installations. Keeley’s care and attention to detail are key in ensuring a high-quality finish across all projects.
